Our personal trainer conducts both individual and small group exercise classes (max 8 people), tailored to your needs and goals in a safe and effective way. All clients are initially screened and assessed, and progress monitored closely.
During each session in the gym, clients are motivated and guided safely step-by-step through their whole routine.
